Serves 8 persons
For Christians, the Holiday Season is that special time of year when families gather to be together once more, and celebrate the birth of Jesus and the end of the year. Some people travel from far away just to be reunited with their family on these special days.
Kitchens are usually quite busy and ovens work non-stop; everyone tries to prepare special dishes to show their love and care for their loved ones.
In Greece, a lot of people traditionally celebrate with a dinner on Christmas Eve instead of Christmas Day, by either preparing a turkey or pork.
My idea today is to show you how to serve special dishes for the afternoon of Christmas Day by serving High Tea or Coffee for family and friends.
All of the dishes could be prepared ahead of time and just be decorated on your festive table. So check all of my separate recipes on how to prepare them yourself.

Festive Souvlaki-Skewers with Meatballs
Yoghurt Dip/sauce
Christmas Spinach and Cheese Tartlets with short crust pastry

Christmas Fairy Tale House Cake
Tsoureki (Greek Brioche) stuffed with Chocolate and garnished with white chocolate
Kourabiedes stuffed with Loukoumi Xmas Greek Butter Cookies
Melomakarona Xmas Honey Cookies
Gingerbread Men Cookies
Christmas Chocolates
Drinks: Tea and/or Coffee

Ingredients for the skewers:
150 gr. / 5.5 oz Minced Beef made into 12 small Keftedakia
12 Christmas Mini-skewers/toothpicks
12 Mini Tomatoes
12 Green Olives, pitted
Some Rosemary twigs for decoration
