Miso Soup Dagojiru the soybean miso soup | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

Dagojiru 大呉汁 the soybean miso soup. It sounds strange that soybeans miso soup because of miso made from soybeans. It is a soft, fluffy texture, and good taste. I shot this video when I went to Japan, and my dad cooked this miso soup.

Raw Edamame 100g
water 180ml
miso 3 TBS
