Mixed Veggies with Beancurd (芹菜腐竹沙拉) | The Chinese Cuisine

This refreshing salad is made up of a blend of celery, carrots, beancurd, and our homemade boiled five spice peanuts!

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 beancurd sticks
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- boiled five-spice peanuts
- homemade hot oil
- sesame oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. soak beancurd sticks in water until soft
2. chop celery, carrots, and softened bean curd
3. add salt to boiling water
4. boil carrots, celery, and beancurd
5. transfer to cool water
6. pour out the water and sprinkle on a dash of salt, peanuts, homemade hot oil, and sesame oil
7. mix well
8. serve and enjoy!
