Non-Fried Tempura with Soba Noodles
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
4 shrimp
Flour, as needed

A
30g tempura flour
30g water

Tempura crunch, as needed
2 packs soba noodles
Noodle dashi base, as needed
Kamaboko fish cake, as needed
Chopped scallions, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Devein the shrimp and dust with flour.

2. Mix tempura flour with water and dip shrimp (1) in it. Coat with crushed tempura crunch.

3. Place (2) on a heat-proof plate lined with parchment paper. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.

4. Put boiled soba and soba soup in a bowl. Place the shrimp tempura (3), kamaboko, and chopped scallions on top.

5. Enjoy!
