Peachy Pleasures! A Complete Guide to Creating "Whole Peach Custard Dessert"

Peach is my favorite fruit on the planet!

Japanese peaches are known for their juiciness, delicate floral aroma with a slight tartness that adds to their complex tastes.

They are best to eat fresh, but today, I want to make it to the next level of dessert!

Today I cook in the microwave to avoid sweating in the kitchen.

Microwave Custard Cream
1 egg yolk
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs corn starch
1 tb vanilla
0.4 cup (100ml) whole milk

Glaze
1/2 ts powdered gelatin
1 tbs sugar
3 tbs water
red food coloring optional

2~3 peaches
lemon juice
sponge cake optional
