With a rolling pin, crush biscuits in a zip top bag. Add melted butter and milk into the bag and mix well. Place the crust in a cake mold. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.2.Scoop out the guts of the pumpkin and remove the seeds.Peel the pumpkin and cut into bite size pieces.Put the pumpkin in a heat-proof dish. Microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.3. Add sugar, warmed milk, and gelatin (softened with water) into (2). Mix with a hand blender. 4. Pour (3) into the cake mold (1).
