Pumpkin Flan
Servings: 1 cake pan (15cm)

INGREDIENTS
Crust
300g biscuits
70m melted butter (unsalted)
50ml milk

Flan mixture
200g pumpkin
40g sugar
400g milk
7g gelatin
1 tablespoon water

some caramel sauce

PREPARATION
1. With a rolling pin, crush biscuits in a zip top bag. Add melted butter and milk into the bag and mix well. Place the crust in a cake mold. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2.Scoop out the guts of the pumpkin and remove the seeds.Peel the pumpkin and cut into bite size pieces.Put the pumpkin in a heat-proof dish. Microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.

3. Add sugar, warmed milk, and gelatin (softened with water) into (2). Mix with a hand blender.

4. Pour (3) into the cake mold (1). Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours until solid.

5. Enjoy!
