Rasam Powder Recipe In Hindi | Authentic Rasam Masala Recipe | रसम पाउडर कैसे बनाये | Atima's Kitchen

Rasam is served in most of South Indian households before meals as an appetizer. There are different varieties and taste of Rasam according to every household taste. Here I am making basic Rasam Powder.

Ingredients
3 tbsp. Split Pigeon Peas
2 tbsp. Split Chick Peas
2 tsp. Black Pepper corn
1 tbsp. Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Fenugreek seeds
5 nos. Dry Red Chilies
½ tsp. Asafoetida
1 tsp. Turmeric
2 tsp. Oil
25 – 30 nos. Curry Leaves

Roast Lentils separately on low heat.
Roast Coriander lightly, then add other spices. Roast on low heat.
Temper with Asafoetida and Curry leaves. Curry leaves helps in digestion.
Grind to make fine powder, when mixture cools down.
Keep in an airtight jar.
