Sake-Steamed Hamburg Steak with Butter
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
250g ground beef & pork
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon potato starch
100ml soy milk

10g butter
50ml sake

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a pan. Divide into 2 equal parts and form into oval
shapes.

2. Add the butter into the pan. Cook the meat (1) until browned and flip them. Add the
sake and cook for 10 minutes with a lid on.

3. Place the meat onto a plate. Pour the sauce.

4. Enjoy!
