Sausage Egg Tortilla Roll
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
A
50g flour
40ml warm water
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt, as needed

1 lettuce leaf
1 egg (sunny side up)
1 sausage
Ketchup, as needed
Mayonnaise slices, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix and stir all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Roll out to a circle by pressing down
with hands.

2. Cook (1) in a pan until nicely browned (both sides) .

3. Put the lettuce, the egg, and the sausage on the tortilla (2). Add some ketchup
and mayonnaise. Roll the tortilla.

4. Enjoy!
