Soy pulp, OKARA, Stir fry

Tofu refuse, Soybean curd refuse, Soy Pulp, Grounded Soybean Curd
Okara (is Japanese name.
I will show you how to make a dish out of Okara, Soy pulp. Okara is fiber and protein-rich ingredients. It is sweet and tasty traditional Japanese stir fry that you can enjoy if you are vegan.
You may be able to find in the Japanese grocery store or tofu shop. Alternatively, you will be able to find powder Okara on the store shelf.

Ingredients:
200g /7oz Okara
1/2 onion
3-4 Dried shiitake mushrooms
1/2~ 1 carrot
1 scallion
2tbs oil
1 or 1/2 Abura age(small)
3tbs sugar
3 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs mirin
1~2 cups shiitake water
