Spaghetti all'Assassina
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100g spaghetti
1 clove garlic (smashed)
2 teaspoons sliced chili peppers
30g olive oil
100g tomato pure

1l water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tomato paste

PREPARATION
1. Bring a pot of the ingredients A to a boil.

2. Cook olive oil, the garlic, and chili peppers in a pan on low heat until fragrant.

3. Add the tomato pure into the pan and stir.

4. Break the spaghetti into halves and place them in the pan (3). Cook on medium heat. When the spaghetti is a little burnt, remove the garlic.

5. Flip the spaghetti. Add (1) to fill the pan. Simmer on medium heat.

6. Cook until the spaghetti is done (add (1) when needed).

7. Enjoy!
