But its not only that. Artichoke is also quite delicious with a mild nutty flavor similar to asparagus. When boiled it becomes tender and resembles potato in texture. Hence, this beautiful Spring Salad that combines fresh greens with artichokes served with a delicious, sweet and spicy dressing.Suitable for vegetarians.
