Stir-Fried Mixed Seafood (清炒三鲜) | The Chinese Cuisine

A delicious stir-fry with shrimp, squid, and lobster!

INGREDIENTS:
- 130g squid flowers (watch how we made the squid flowers here:
- 120g shrimp
- 100g lobster (we used imitation because we can't get our hands on fresh lobster!)
- 30g chives
- 3 tsp./15ml white wine
- 8g sugar
- 1/2 tsp./2.5g salt
- 20ml oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. add oil to pan on med-hi heat
2. add in chives and stir-fry
3. add in shrimp, lobster, squid, and stir-fry
4. add in sugar and white wine and stir-fry
5. add in salt and stir-fry
6. serve and enjoy!
