STUFFED PUMPKIN in Japanese-style Kabocha Recipe (EP 297)

Today I am going to be making STUFFED PUMPKIN in Japanese-style.

Japanese Kabocha is in season now and it tastes so good!

I am making it into a small stuffed pumpkin with Ankake sauce to make it special!

I hope you like it.

5 individual stuffed pumpkins
1/4 Kabocha (350~450g)
Filling
80g ground chicken
1/4 onion
3 shiitake mushrooms
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon Sake
1 tablespoon Mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Ankake sauce
1 cup Dashi (240ml)
2 tablespoons Mirin
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoons potato starch
dissolved in 2 teaspoons water
