Serves 3-4 persons
I love making mini crepes, you know why? Because everyone likes them, they are so versatile, are prepared quickly and are devoured even quicker!
If you check my basic, mini crepes recipe, you will see many ideas on how to serve them for breakfast or snack either sweet or salty (savory).
In this recipe, I go one step further, serving some of them that I had stored in the freezer as elegant Canap of 3 different varieties, for a Summery evening with friends.

INGREDIENTS:
12 Mini (small) Crepes
12 fancy Tooth picks

For Shrimp topping: 20 small, boiled Shrimps
1 tbsp. Thousand Island Sauce
tsp. fresh or dry Dill

For Feta Topping: 4 Feta cubes
4 Tomato rounds, small size
4 Kalamata Olives, pitted
tsp. dry Oregano

For Salami Rolls: 4 slices thin Salami
4 tsp. Cream Cheese (like Philadelphia)
4 Caper Berries
