SUPER EASY Garlic Chives w/ Bean Sprouts & Salted Fish

Garlic chives only became popular in Singapore in recent years. These chives have a mild mix taste of garlic, green onions and leeks. According to my search, I learnt that garlic chives are high in fiber and low calories ( excellent as part of your weight loss program. They can also help to improve our immunity, making them a really nutritional dish for you and your family.

Ingredients:
Serves 4

- 2 tablespoons of dried salted fish - cut into small pieces (just wash, no soaking needed)
- 4 cloves of garlic - minced
- 2 large red chilli - deseeded & cut into thin strips
- 200g of bean sprouts - head & tail removed
- 150g of garlic chives
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
