Tantanmen Shirataki Noodles - One Meal Per Day is Enough to Lose Weight | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Tantanmen is a Japanese take on Chinese spicy noodle soup.
Today, I made it with "Shirataki noodles" which has no calories!
You can eat it even if you are on diet!

1 serving
・Ramen Egg
2 eggs
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs mirin
1 tbs water

・Garlic chive sauce
1 bunch of Garlic chive (150g)
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Sake
1 tbs sesame seeds
1 tbs sesame oil

・Pork topping
150g ground pork
1 ts doubanjan
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs minced ginger
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Sake
1/2 ts sugar
a pinch of salt

・200g shirataki noodles per serving
