Cheese Tuna Dumplings
Servings: 12

INGREDIENTS
80 grams canned tuna
50 grams canned corn
tablespoon garlic, grated
teaspoon curry powder
12 dumpling skins
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
50ml water
60 grams mozzarella cheese

PREPARATION
1. Making the filling: In a bowl, add tuna, corn, garlic, and curry powder. Mix.

2. Put water on the edge of half of the skins and add the filling in the center. Fold in half and pinch pleats into the edges to wrap up the dumplings. Repeat with the remaining dumpling skins.

3. In a pan, heat vegetable oil to medium heat. Set the dumplings in a circle and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Once the back sides turn brown, pour water evenly over the dumplings and cover with a lid. Steam for 3 minutes.

5. Remove the lid once the water has evaporated and sprinkle the cheese all around the pan. Cook for 3 more minutes until it turns brown and crispy.

6. Cover the pan with a plate and invert it so that the dumplings are now on the plate.
