Yogurt Melts | The Chinese Cuisine

These melt-in-your mouth treats are sweet and creamy! They are extremely easy to make. Plus, they offer a healthy dose of calcium!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
1. combine milk powder, powdered sugar, and cornstarch. mix together
2. add in greek yogurt and heavy cream and vanilla extract. mix well.
3. separate an egg white from the yolk and whip until foamy. then add in apple cider vinegar (as stabilizer)
4. add in granulated sugar and whip for several more minutes on medium/high speed
5. fold egg whites into previous mixture
6. put in piping bag and pipe small dots on a baking sheet or silpat
7. preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 90 minutes
8. let cool and enjoy!!
