EASY Baked Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs! | The Chinese Cuisine

Super flavorful, tender, juicy, and insanely easy.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 racks pork ribs
- two teaspoons sugar
- salt
- chili powder
- garlic powder
- cooking wine
- light soy sauce
- chinkiang vinegar
- water

DIRECTIONS
1. coat the ribs on both sides in sugar, salt, and chili powder
2. massage and set aside in fridge for 6 hours or overnight
3. after 6 hours, add garlic powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and chinkiang vinegar
4. add in enough water to cover bottom of the baking pan
5. seal tightly with foil so the steam doesn't escape
6. bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1.5 hours (90 minutes)
7. after 90 minutes, let it sit in the oven for 30 more minutes so the "fall-off-the-bone" effect will be achieved
8. broil for 1-2 more minutes so the top layer is nice and brown. watch so it doesn't burn!
9. chop into individual pieces and serve!
