Lo mein is a common Chinese takeout dish but it tastes much better and is much healthier homemade! You can replace the meat and vegetables as you like. INGREDIENTS (6 servings):1. carrot strips2. olive oil3. cabbage strips4. baby bok choy5. noodles6. sesame oil7. ginger slices8. sichuan pepper9. 1/2 lb ground pork10. chopped green onions11. chinkiang vinegar12. light soy sauce13. dark soy sauce14. cooking wine15. sugarDIRECTIONS:1. saute all the vegetables in olive oil until they are a little limp but still colorful2. boil your noodles, and strain3. add in sesame oil so the noodles don't clump4. heat a stir-fry pan and add in olive oil and sliced ginger5. let the ginger soak in the oil before removing, and add in the sichuan pepper6. let the flavor of the sichuan pepper sink in the oil as well before removing7. add in the ground pork and stir-fry for several minutes8. add in cooking wine, chinkiang vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and one small teaspoon of sugar. 9. stir-fry for a couple more minutes and add in the noodles10. lastly, add in the sauteed vegetables and mix everything thoroughly__________________________THANKS FOR WATCHING!__________________________For business inquiries:
