Warm, delicious, and nutritious-- don't throw your fish bones away! After making pan-fried fish filets (https://youtu.be/jfeBZiyqm_o) we decided to make this flavorful soup using the leftover bones.INGREDIENTS:- Fish bones (of 2 sea bass)- 1 stalk green onion- Napa cabbage- 1/5 block firm tofu- 10g ginger- 1 tsp. cooking wine- 1 tsp. salt- 1/8 cup oil- boiling waterDIRECTIONS:1. If needed, chop the fish bones into pieces as shown2. Add oil to a pan on medium heat3. Cook the fish bones, chopped green onions, and ginger briefly4. Add in one pot of boiling hot water5. Bring soup to a rolling boil6. Add in cooking wine7. Boil until the soup turns white8. Take out boiled green onions9. Once the soup base is white in color add in tofu, cabbage, and salt10. Cook until cabbage softens11. Serve and enjoy!
