Golden, Crispy Crab Cakes (蟹饼) | The Chinese Cuisine

These crab cakes have tons of flavor and are golden and crispy on the outside!

INGREDIENTS (Makes 11-12):
- 447g crab meat (蟹肉)
- 1 egg (鸡蛋)
- 1 stalk green onion (葱)
- 9 ml ginger juice (姜汁)
- 1/2 cup cake flour (60g 蛋糕粉)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (盐)
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise (蛋黄酱)
- 10 ml olive oil (油)

DIRECTIONS:
1. combine all ingredients as shown.
2. add oil to pan on low-med heat
3. flatten crab mixture into disk and cook for 8 minutes on both sides until golden brown
