This special recipe comes from the Mani region in Peloponnese. It combines wonderful Spaghetti pasta, boiled al dente, runny fried eggs, tangy grated cheese and a sauce made with charred butter and oil to be poured on top.
It is quite filling, low-cost, extraordinary and beyond delicious. Prepare this quick, cheap and easy meal for the whole family and spoil them!
Suitable for lacto-ovo Vegetarians

INGREDIENTS:
375 gr / 13 oz Spaghetti Pasta (or other pasta of your choice)
2.5 lt / 10 cups Water
3-4 Large Eggs, very fresh
2 tbsp. / 30 ml Olive oil
3 tbsp. / 42 gr / 1.5 oz Butter
Ground Pepper only
125 gr / 4.4 oz grated, hard homemade Mizithra Cheese (altern: crumbled Feta or hard Goat Cheese)
