Honey Butter Japanese Sweet Potato | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce (https://umami-insider.store/products/koikuchi-raw-soy-sauce)
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds

Instructions:
1. Wrap the sweet potato in cling wrap and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Cut into 1.5 inch thick strips.
2. Melt butter on a pan, and cook the sweet potato over medium heat.
3. When the potatoes are soft, add the honey.
4. Add water and soy sauce to the pan. Mix well together. Top it off with sesame seeds.
