How to make DIY POTATO SALAD Japanese-style Potato salad with Ramen Egg

Today I am going to show you how to make "DIY POTATO SALAD."
Its a famous Kushikatsu restaurant side dish served in Suribachi and Surikogi (mortar and pestle), pound potato and egg to your liking.
Seasoned with the Japanese Kewpie Mayo with a hint of Dashi and soy sauce. Ramen egg adds nice mild richness! You will love the new take on Potato Salad!

3~4 servings
2 medium-size potatoes (250~300g)
a pinch of salt
1/2 ts dashi powder
1/4 cupwater
50g bacon
2 tbs mayo
1/2 ts soy sauce
1 Ramen Egg
