Today Im going to be making MATCHA Nama Choco.

Nama choco is Japanese style velvety and smooth chocolate, perfect for valentines day!

"Nama" means "raw" or "fresh."

The aroma and the bitterness of matcha green tea go very well with white chocolate.
It melt in your mouth immediately!

200g white chocolate
100g heavy cream (fresh cream) 40% of fat
1 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
