How to makeJapanese Chicken Curry Ricew/o using boxed curry (EP90)

Today I'm going to be making, chicken curry. After eating very Japanese dishes like Osechi and Ozouni, we crave curry!

As you know, we love curry rice so much!

We have a very famous TV commercial of boxed-curry saying "Osechi is good, but curry is also good!" That much! Lol.

In my previous curry rice video, I used boxed-curry. But I have some request without using boxed curry. So this is it!

ingredients6 servings
One (400g0.8pound) boneless, skinless chicken thigh
Two large onions
One tablespoon vegetable oil
One medium carrot
150g (5 oz) daikon radish or potato
Two cloves garlic
Thumb size ginger
One bay leaf
Two cubes of chicken soup
One teaspoon salt
One to two tablespoons curry powder
One tablespoon yogurt
Or you can use your blend of turmeric, Garam Masara, cumin, coriander, chili pepper.
Two tablespoons flour
Two cups (460ml) tomato juice
