HOW TO MAKE FERMENTED RED BEAN PASTE | The Healthiest No Sugar | Japanese Anko | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making fermented sweet bean paste.

Because I really love fermented foods lately, and this food is trendy among health-conscious people in Japan so I made to give it a try.

It's the same procedure as the Amazake and One-day miso.

And it's a powerhouse of nutrition!

Fermented red bean paste does not contain sugar, so your blood sugar level will not rise sharply and it is rich in dietary fiber so it improves your gut health.

And you can expect a skin-beauty effect. Of course, it’s super delicious!

ingredients
200g Azuki beans
200g Rice Koji
240ml water (boiled and cooled)
