★Mcdonald's Japan Chicken Sandwich★ Oyako Teriyaki & Chicken Tatsuta (EP152) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm gonna be making McDonald's only in Japan chicken sandwich.

One is Chicken Tatsuta, and Oyako Teriyaki sandwich.

Japanese twist makes the McDonald’s sandwich so unique.

Unfortunately, these are available only seasonally. If you miss out or if you want to have regularly, you have to make it by yourself!



・Chicken Tatsuta
1 chicken thigh
⅛ head cabbage
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp beaten egg
2 tbsp potato starch
1 tbsp all purpose flour
oil for frying
・Sauce for Chicken Tatsuta
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard

・Oyako Teriyaki
1 chicken breast
3 eggs
lettuce leaves
1 tbsp all-purpose flour for dusting
1/2 cup Panko bread crumb
・binding batter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp egg white
2 tbsp water
