Today I'm going to be making rice porridge.

We eat rice porridge cooked with seven different herbs and vegetables to take some rest for your digestive system.

We eat many festive foods around the holidays; we need to neutralize our bodies to get back on the truck!

1/4 cup short grain rice
1 cup water
30g daikon
20g Komatsuna (Japanese mastard spinach)
〈ANKAKE sauce〉
1 cup Dashi
1/4 Mirin
1/4 Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Kuzu starch (or potato starch, corn starch)
