This steamed fresh sea bass is buttery soft and flavorful!INGREDIENTS:- 1 branzino (sea bass)- 1 tsp. salt- 10 ml cooking wine- 2 tbsp. oil- 10g ginger- 2 stalks green onions, chopped- 2g Sichuan peppercorns- 15g oyster sauceDIRECTIONS:1. Slice slits into both sides of the fish2. Season both sides of the fish with salt, cooking wine, and oyster sauce3. Tuck ginger slices into the slits 4. Rub oyster sauce inside of the fish5. Top fish with the white parts of the green onions6. Marinate for one hour7. Steam for 15 minutes on high heat8. Remove the ginger slices and top with the green parts of the green onions9.
