Sticky Balls with Red Bean Paste (Ai Wo Wo) | 红豆沙艾窝窝 | The Chinese Cuisine

This soft, sticky snack is delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS (makes around 18 balls):
- 1.5 cup uncooked sweet (glutinous) rice
- 1.5 cup red bean paste (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXtf6I2shiY)
- several tablespoons toasted glutinous rice flour

DIRECTIONS:
1. cook rice
2. stir rice around while it's hot
3. knead rice in cooked flour until it's hard to distinguish the grains
4. separate dough into equal sized pieces and form into disk
5. add in filling and form into a ball
6. serve and enjoy!
