Stir-Fried Beef with Peppers (炒肥牛) | The Chinese Cuisine

Delicious, thinly sliced and perfectly marbled beef paired with refreshing and crisp peppers!

INGREDIENTS:
-1 lb. thinly sliced beef
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 5g oyster sauce
- chopped green onions
- hot dried pepper
- 2g Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 10 ml cooking wine

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place beef in boiling water and cook briefly
2. Take out when browned
3. Add oil to pan on medium heat
4. Add in Sichuan peppercorns and hot dried pepper
5. Remove from pan when the flavor has been infused in the oil
6. Add in chopped sweet peppers, green onions, and the previously boiled beef
7. Stir-fry for a minute before adding in cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
8. Stir fry several more times to disperse the ingredients evenly
9. Serve and enjoy!
