Delicious, thinly sliced and perfectly marbled beef paired with refreshing and crisp peppers!INGREDIENTS:-1 lb. thinly sliced beef- 1 sweet pepper- 1 tsp. sugar- 5g oyster sauce- chopped green onions- hot dried pepper- 2g Sichuan peppercorns- 2 tbsp. oil- 10 ml soy sauce- 10 ml cooking wineDIRECTIONS:1. Place beef in boiling water and cook briefly 2. Take out when browned3. Add oil to pan on medium heat4. Add in Sichuan peppercorns and hot dried pepper5. Remove from pan when the flavor has been infused in the oil6. Add in chopped sweet peppers, green onions, and the previously boiled beef7. Stir-fry for a minute before adding in cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar8. Stir fry several more times to disperse the ingredients evenly9.
