Stir-Fried Dried Tofu and Chives (豆腐干炒韭菜花梗) | The Chinese Cuisine

Don't overlook this delicious combo of flavorful tofu and fresh chives.

INGREDIENTS:
- 150g chives
- 180g dried tofu
- 5ml light soy sauce
- 1g tiny dried shrimp
- 20ml oil
-1.25g/0.25 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. slice chives and dried tofu
2. add oil to pan on med-hi heat
3. add in chives, then tofu
4. stir-fry for ~30 seconds before adding in light soy sauce, salt, and tiny dried shrimp
5. stir-fry again
6. serve and enjoy!
