Stir-Fried Pork & Poblano Pepper (青椒小炒肉) | The Chinese Cuisine

This dish is the perfect combo of juicy, fresh pork and crispy, refreshing poblano peppers!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. pork
- 1 egg yolk
- 10 ml dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed ginger juice
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. add dark soy sauce, egg yolk, oyster sauce, ginger juice, and corn starch into pork and mix well
2. add oil to pan on med heat
3. add pork and cook until meat is browned on the outside
4. add in sliced poblano pepper, sugar, and salt
5. Cook for several more minutes. You can add hot sesame oil at the end for a spicy kick!
6. Serve and enjoy!
