This simple, light soup has a flavorful broth, a unique hint of sweetness from the corn, and is great served hot on a cold day (or if you have a cold). INGREDIENTS (4 servings):- 4-5 pork ribs- 1 ear of sweet corn- ginger- 1/2 peeled carrot- 1 stalk celery- bay leaf- five star anise spice- salt- cooking wineDIRECTIONS:1. prepare all your ingredients. divide your corn into 4 sections and chop your vegetables2. turn to the 'sear' setting on your pressure cooker, and sear the ribs until they are no longer pink/red on the outside. you can also do this without a pressure cooker.3. while they are cooking, add in slices of ginger4. after the outsides of the ribs are a bit browned, add in a splash of cooking wine and enough water to submerge the ribs5. add in everything else: the chopped vegetables, bay leaf, five star anise, and salt6. turn to the 'soup' setting and let it cook for 20 minutes. if you don't have a pressure cooker, let the soup simmer in a pot for ~ 1 hour7. serve and enjoy!__________________________THANKS FOR WATCHING!__________________________For business inquiries:
