Sweet Corn Upma | भुट्टे के दानों का उपमा | Breakfast Sweet Corn Savoury Pudding | Atima's Kitchen

Sweet, Sour, Spicy, Crunchy, and soft in every bite and it is delicious, filling and nutritious too.
We need to make it,
3 cups Sweet Corn Kernels
½ cup Carrot (Diced).
½ cup Green Peas
½ cup Capsicum (Diced)
You can add other vegetables too. (As per your choice)
1 Tomato (Diced) Medium Size.
1 Onion (Diced) Medium Size
1 tbsp. Refined Oil
2 tbsp. Roasted Ground Nut (Crushed)
2 tbsp. Fresh Coconut (Grated)
2 tbsp. White Sesame (Roasted)
You can add these all three, or any one, or none of these, as per your taste. But these thing not only add flavour to the dish, but nutrition also.
½ tsp. Black Mustard
½ tsp. Turmeric
½ tsp. Garam Masala
12-15 Curry Leaves
1-2 Green Chillies
1 tbsp. Green Coriander (Chopped)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
½ inch Ginger (Finely Chopped)
Salt as per taste

You can add Red Chilli Powder also as per taste.
Heat oil in a pan, add Mustard Seeds and Curry Leaves for tempering, add Onions. When Onions are golden, add finely chopped Green Chillies. Now add Geen Peas first, as they take more time to cook, and then add Carrot, Capsicum, Tomato and Ginger, mix properly. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
When vegetables are half done, add Corn. Sprinkle Salt, Turmeric, Garam Masala and Red Chilli Powder (Optional). Mix properly, cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let the moisture from vegetables evaporate. Now add Coconut and Lemon juice and remove from heat.
Add crushed Ground nuts, roasted Sesame and Green coriander just before serving, Serve hot.
It’s serves for four persons.
