TWO WAYS: Egg Dumplings | The Chinese Cuisine

Steamed or boiled, these egg dumplings taste amazing!

INGREDIENTS (42 dumplings):
- 1 tbsp. ginger, chopped
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/3 lb (150 g) ground pork
- sichuan pepper powder
- garlic powder
- cooking wine
- 1 tsp. sugar
- soy sauce
- chinkiang vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- sesame oil
- 6 eggs

DIRECTIONS:
1. add sichuan pepper powder, garlic powder, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, and chinkiang vinegar to ground pork and mix
2. add in ginger, green onions, 1 tsp. salt, and mix
3. add in chopped tomatoes and sesame oil
4. start with three eggs. add some water and whisk well
5. oil a pan on medium-high heat
6. pour some whisked egg in the pan into a circle
7. add in filling and fold into dumpling
8. you can boil the egg dumplings or steam them as shown!
9. serve and enjoy!
