These only require five ingredients!INGREDIENTS:- cooked glutinous rice and quinoa (8:1 glutinous rice:quinoa ratio)- furikake seasoning- diced chicken breast- guacamoleDIRECTIONS:1. add furikake seasoning into rice and quinoa and mix well2. flatten out rice mixture into "wrapper" with the help with saran wrap3. add on guacamole and a piece of chicken breast4. fold "wrapper" in half and pinch shut as shown in video5. serve and enjoy!
