Glutinous Rice & Quinoa Dumplings (糯米藜麦饺) | The Chinese Cuisine

These soft and chewy dumplings are filled with creamy guacamole and protein-rich chicken breast. These only require five ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:
- cooked glutinous rice and quinoa (8:1 glutinous rice:quinoa ratio)
- furikake seasoning
- diced chicken breast
- guacamole

DIRECTIONS:
1. add furikake seasoning into rice and quinoa and mix well
2. flatten out rice mixture into "wrapper" with the help with saran wrap
3. add on guacamole and a piece of chicken breast
4. fold "wrapper" in half and pinch shut as shown in video
5. serve and enjoy!
