OCHAZUKE | Green Tea or Dashi over Rice | Healthy Japanese Fast Food | Quick Breakfast Idea | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making OCHAZUKE.

OCHAZUKE is a very simple rice dish that we eat at the end of the meal at home or at Izakaya restaurant.

Today, I will make OCHAZUKE with green tea and an upgraded version with Yaki onigiri and Dashi.

It's so good and comforting and filling; this is also good for a quick breakfast.

・soy sauce rice (or white rice)
2 cups rice
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs Mirin
11/2 cup water
1 Kombu kelp
2 dried shiitake
・Dashi
2cups water
10 -15g katsuobushi
・grilled salmon
・Mitsuba leaves
・Nori
・sesame seeds
