OPEN for info! :)LIKE, COMMENT, and SUBSCRIBE!INGREDIENTS:- 3 oz. broad bean noodles- spinach (blanched)- carrots- raw peanuts- olive oil- chili flakes- sichuan pepper- cayenne pepper- soy sauce- chinkiang vinegar- white pepper powder- garlic powderDIRECTIONS:1. soak broad bean noodles in water until softened2. when softened, cook in boiled water for about 5 minutes3. drain, and place in serving dish4. top with cooked spinach and carrot shreds5. to fry peanuts, pour olive oil in a heated pan. place in desired amount of peanuts, and cook until golden brown (and when aroma appears)6. add chili flakes and sichuan pepper to leftover olive oil to flavor the oil7. take out chili flakes and sichuan pepper if you don't want them in your dish8. add cayenne pepper and two cups of water to the oil and bring to a boil9. when boiling, add in soy sauce and chinkiang vinegar and white pepper powder and garlic powder10. pour over noodles (you may not need it all)11. serve and enjoy!__________________________THANKS FOR WATCHING!__________________________For business inquiries:
